Late Cancellation/ Not Showing Policy

 Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved this time in our schedule exclusively for you.

  *Canceling or Rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of total services scheduled.

 *Arriving 15 minutes late to a scheduled service will require rescheduling, and Late Cancellation Fee of 50% to total services scheduled will be applied. 

 *Missing/ Not showing to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of 50% of services scheduled. You will also be required to pre-pay the total amount for your next service as a non-refundable deposit for your next scheduled service at the time of booking.

 Full/ Non-refundable Deposits may be required for certain scheduled services, your service provider will let you know.

 Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling before 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty.
